Our Story
Messrs Veni & Associates is a litigation firm focused on defence representation for general insurance related matters including Motor and Non-Motor Claims.
We don’t handle cases in bulk. We handle cases individually with personal attention. We believe that’s the level of service Clients deserve.
Although our law firm is small in size, we make up for it in experience, dedication, personal attention and most importantly, results. These factors allow us to compete with larger firms, where cases often fall through the cracks after getting passed from one lawyer to the next.
Our emphasis is on problem solving and providing positive resolutions. At our core, we are a team of trial and appellate Court lawyers, always willing to advocate in the Court room if that is what it takes to provide the results our Clients expect.
We are also skilled in negotiations and alternative dispute resolution and frequently use online and face-to-face mediation to find resolutions that meet our Insurer Client’s needs without proceeding for trial.
We also provide business advise, training via webinars and counseling to our Insurer Clients. We tailor our service to the specific requirements of the Clients and provide a comprehensive and to the point advise. Solutions that the Client can rely on.
Our Team
Ms Veni Veloo
She is our Managing Partner who graduated from the University of Wolverhampton in 1993 and she also holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration majoring in Management.
She was admitted and enrolled as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 16th November 1996.
She has experience in civil and defence litigation mainly Bodily Injury Claims, Property Damage Claims and Fire & Theft.
She also has experience in debt collection for banks and financial institutions and conveyancing matters.
Ms Noor Nadira binti Rosnan
She is a Partner at Messrs Veni & Associates.
She graduated from Universiti Utara Malaysia in 2013 and was admitted and enrolled as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 25th September 2014.
She is experienced in civil and defence litigation mainly Bodily Injury Claims and Property Damage Claims.
Ms Norsyakiratul Jannah binti Sobani
She is a Legal Associate at Messrs Veni & Associates.
She graduated from Universiti Teknologi MARA, Shah Alam in 2018 and was called to the Bar on 27th February 2020.
She is experienced in civil and defence litigation mainly Bodily Injury Claims and Property Damage Claims.
Ms Heidi Syahira binti Hamzah
She is a Legal Associate at Messrs Veni & Associate.
She graduated from Multimedia University, Malacca in 2021 and was called to the Bar on 30th June 2022.
She is experienced in civil and defence litigation mainly Bodily Injury Claims and Property Damage Claims.
Ms Nur Aina Afiqah binti Halim
She is a Legal Associate at Messrs Veni & Associates.
She graduated from Universiti Teknologi MARA, Shah Alam in 2021 and was called to the Bar on 27th October 2022.
She is experienced in civil and defence litigation mainly Bodily Injury Claims and Property Damage Claims.
